Fourth of July Ice Cream Sandwich

This simple dessert will have your guests wanting more! All you need are ice cream sandwiches and some red, white and blue sprinkles.

I cut the sandwiches in half and put a striped straw at the bottom for a little added design and they are easier to hold!

Also, I found all of the below items at Target in their dollar/4th of July section in the store.
