Trader Joe’s Caramel Sea Salt Cookies

I was at my favorite store the other day (Trader Joes) and I saw these caramel sea salt baking chips and just had to try them! These are a seasonal item that they released during the fall, but I just got around to making them and brought them to my family’s Thanksgiving dinner.

They are very similar to chocolate chip cookies, but with caramel sea salt chips instead and they were delicious! Even my husband who is a chocolate chip cookie fanatic loved these.

I followed the recipe that is listed on the back of the caramel sea salt chips package and it’s very similar to making chocolate chip cookies. There are no specialty ingredients needed. It’s basic AF, but oh so good!
