Dried Orange Garland DIY

Wanting to make your own Christmas decorations this year? Well this one is simple and super cheap to make!

SUPPLIES

  • 5 Oranges (or however many you want, depending on how long you want it)

  • Cutting board

  • Knife

  • Parchment Paper

  • Cookie sheet

  • Twine or fishing wire

Step 1: Preheat oven to 250 degreesStep 2: Cut the oranges into slices, they don’t have to be too thin, I’d say maybe 1/4 inch think will work.

Step 3: Line the cookie sheets with parchment paper. I only used (1) cookie sheet since I didn’t make my garland very long.Step 4: Place the orange slices onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Step 6: Let them completely cool off. Once they are cool, take them and start stranding them onto your twine or string. I added faux cranberries to my garland to give it a pop of color, but you can add anything to make it your own.

TIP:

  • You can make little ornaments with these and place them on ornament hooks and them hook them onto your tree.
